I'm a biotech reporter and anchor for Bloomberg Radio and Television. I translate and relay clinical and financial news from Boston-area companies to investors around the world. And I frequently cohost Baystate Business from 4-6pm on Bloomberg Radio, 106.1 FM in Boston. My career in business writing started at Smith Barney, under Citigroup.
I grew up near Boston and have a BA in English from Wellesley College and an MS in journalism from Boston University.
I've also been an on-air reporter/producer for WGBH, the NPR and PBS station airing throughout New England. I reported for Marketplace, All Things Considered, Morning Edition, Weekend Edition, Greater Boston and the BBC.
Also, I've been playing the cello since I was 12. I'm always looking for opportunities to play around Boston. I was in my high school and college orchestras and now play in a Celtic/Old Time group called Fiddlers on the Groove.
